Hope was the most severely neglected of the Pennsylvania 7 horses. Starved nearly to death, she was in her final days when confiscated by Warren County Humane Society. Here she is when she was taken from her former owners.
Here she is now, after some recovery and rehabilitation. Hope has just begun her training under saddle, and is still limited to walk only rides for less than 10 minutes. She ground drives beautifully, and is very easy under saddle.
Here is a short video of Hope's SECOND time riding! She is such an agreeable girl, and she just loves the attention.
At one point in the ride, Christine stopped to take a phone call... that's how good Hope is!
