Jack Frost is quite a BIG baby. At 8 months old, Jack Frost stands a clear 16.1 hands. It would be a reasonable projection that Jack will mature at 18+ hands. He was abandoned, along with his mother, at a local boarding facility. Jack's mom was placed in a home directly, but it left poor baby Jack with no where to go. The boarding facility was kind enough to keep him until a safe haven could be found.

Jack is about as laid back and lazy as they come. Even as a young horse, he's very mellow and doesn't get very excited about much except food. Jack arrived at Gentle Giants with no real life skills or manners, but he is quickly learning to lead, tie, groom, load in trailers, and stand for the farrier. He's a fast learner and will do anything for a sweet word and some treats. Jack only has one descended testicle, so he can't be gelded right now. We are giving him one month to descend the other, but if he doesn't we'll have it surgically removed in March.

Jack is residing off site at his foster home in Round Hill, VA. He is available for adoption and is able to be seen and evaluated at his foster home.
