June 21-22, Trail Clean-Up Ride
A good time was had by all on the Trail Clean-Up Ride in Patapsco Park.  We rode for 2 1/2 hours on Saturday, and almost 4 hours on Sunday!!!  We covered lots of ground and cleared a few rough spots of underbrush.  Mostly, we just had a good time.

On Sunday we did more riding than clearing, and had a really good time!  We had quite a few giddy-ups and got a few new horses out on the trail!  Thats Tressa up front with Instructor Christina Rizzutto on board!

May 2-4 2008 Spring Round-Up!
Gentle Giants was represented at the Annual Spring Round-Up at the League of Maryland Horseman with 4 horses and 5 riders!  Yes, you counted right!  Kerri and Chessie escorted new student rider Abby onto the trails double in a buddy saddle!  We camped for three days, trail riding daily, and a wonderful crew of Volunteers held down the farm back at home. Here's our cozy camp!

Our last rider caught this great shot along the Patapsco River, right between her horses ears!  Tabitha, who will be posting soon, got warmed up after a long winter and did great, as she always does.

Here the girls greet their rides for the day... our famous Fiona on the left with Tyler, and Chessie on the right with Abby.  The girls worked hard caring for the horses and keeping them watered, bathed, and fed.
